Waking up early was never a thing for me. I STRUGGLED to get out of bed my entire life. I was late for everything, especially in high school & college. The constant stress of always being late was not something I wanted in my life anymore.
I learned that winding down & practicing self care before bed made me feel refreshed, energized & excited to wake up the next day, with more time to do all the things.
A night routine makes a huge difference!
